Notes

Oversized pullover in beige cotton garment-dyed by hand using Japanese cedarwood. Inspired by the brown jumpers considered to be the origin of CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps) denim pullovers. Despite the turbulent backdrop of war and the Great Depression, this design that remained virtually unchanged for nearly 30 years.

Pointedcollar, partial front button fastening and long sleeves with a dropped shoulder and a single-button fastening at the cuff. Features large chest pockets on the front.

Yakusugi, is a type of Japanese cedar that is now protected from logging, is an exceptionally rare resource. With trees that are over 1,000 years old, the dye carries with it a sense of time and depth
